About Mrs Jaswinder K Panesar

Mrs Jaswinder Panesar is a leading ENT consultant surgeon with a vast amount of experience in diagnosing head and neck cancer, treating vertigo, sleep apnea, voice disorders, rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, glue ear and has a comprehensive understanding in all areas of paediatric ENT in particular children with tonsillar disease, hearing loss and sleep obstructrive sleep apnea.

Mrs Panesar has trained in centres of excellence both in the UK and North America. She first studied medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago and then subsequently underwent specialist training in otolaryngology at various renowned hospitals, including Great Ormond Street, The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Charing Cross, Northwick Park and St Bartholomew’s Hospitals. She also carried out a two-year paediatric research fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada and completed her specialist training at Specialist Training Authority of the Medical Royal Colleges.

Being an expert in her area and a successful woman in a male-oriented and highly demanding specialty, the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Herald and Post decided to cover this achievement, highlighting her friendly and engaging personality and attentive care towards her patients.
